I think about intent vs impact and positions vs solutions all the time now and the importance of agreeing on what important words mean as well as identifying the underlying problem before proposing solutions. All of that comes up for me when I think of the impact you made on me, as well as your authenticity!

My highlights of our partnership surfaced more in the late part of last year and early this year and I acknowledged your passion for doing the work you absolutely love and embody. It is evident in how you show up for clients to ensure they are able to push beyond what is comfortable and shift their frame of thinking to being accountable for positive behavioral changes
Last year, my team and I experienced a profound transformation through leadership training and coaching from Katherine Coles, the founding principal of Decalō Leaders. She facilitated a Team Cohesion Workshop Series that provided us with invaluable tools to understand and refine our communication styles, resolve conflicts more effectively, and foster a stronger, more cohesive team.
