A deep dive into the behavioral science behind trust, belonging, and psychological safety — and how leaders can build it intentionally.

5. Communication That Moves People: From Information to Influence

How leaders can shift from broadcasting messages to inspiring action, using story, structure, and emotional resonance.

This talk breaks down how misalignment spreads across teams, how to diagnose it early, and how to realign people, processes, and expectations.

8. Empowered Teams Don’t Happen by Accident

A practical, actionable talk on the systems, norms, and leadership behaviors that create empowered, accountable, high-trust teams.

9. The Demand–Supply Equation of Leadership

Our Clients Say About Us

Discover how our professional solutions have positively impacted businesses worldwide.

Katherine, you made a difference in my life by showing me true resilience via always showing up even on days it wasn’t easy during school, you showed me how the lords joy can conquer all as you always were able to find the peace and sunshine in the gloomy moments. I feel like you enabled me to dive deeper into my personal relationship with Christ and allow it to seep into not only my school work but my work environment as well. Lastly you have shown me how to lead with grace and humility from all my time spent with you in group. I truly adore you as a person and a mentor and I always will be rooting for you in all your endeavors.

From Alyssa

I think about intent vs impact and positions vs solutions all the time now and the importance of agreeing on what important words mean as well as identifying the underlying problem before proposing solutions. All of that comes up for me when I think of the impact you made on me, as well as your authenticity!

From Ben

Good morning all! I hope you’re doing well. I believe is shared about you, Katherine, and everyone else during our adjourning meeting. My highlights of our partnership surfaced more in the late part of last year and early this year and I acknowledged your passion for doing the work you absolutely love and embody. It is evident in how you show up for clients to ensure they are able to push beyond what is comfortable and shift their frame of thinking to being accountable for positive behavioral changes

From Shavonney

The impact that you have had on me is to be better at addressing conflict. I also think about being in the dance versus watching from the balcony. And then as Ben shared language and experience around interest vs solutions and meaning of words has been really powerful. I have appreciated your ability to be the bad guy and use of self in order to get people to move forward. You never shied away from the hard stuff and that’s really powerful.

Top of mind is the courage to speak up, express my truth, and challenge things that don’t support the outcomes we hope to achieve. I am less afraid of storming and engaging in conflict when it confronts artificial harmony and strengthens cohesiveness to create better relationships and results. For me personally, you’ve modeled what it looks like to exude confidence in spaces where I may not always be seen, particularly as a black woman. As someone who has struggled with imposter syndrome in the past, your example has shown me me that confidence is more powerful than certainty…and when I don’t have the answers, it helps others trust in my ability to find them. That helped me most in the transition from expert to process consultant and is showing up now as I transition back into leadership. Generally speaking, you’ve helped me feel comfortable taking up space and doing so unapologetically. It’s helped me dismantle mental barriers created by patriarchy, hierarchy, and status, and recognize the power of my presence and perspective. Thank you for being you 🙂
